At Rugs4Home we strive to provide the best products for our clients. We ensure that each and every rug is diligently manufactured with the utmost care and attention. Each rug is carefully designed with excellent qualities and unique colours. We assure that each area rug is thoroughly inspected and delivered in its best condition. Please consider that rugs are approximate sizes and have been rounded up. As a result, it is recommended that the package is opened as soon as its received to ensure that the sizing and the colours of the area rug is right.
We ship within Canada. However, it is important to note we do not ship outside of Canada. If this is something that is required, please feel free to contact our store at +289-851-7770 and special adjustments can be made.
We aim to ship out orders as soon as we possibly can given that the item is in stock. An email confirmation will be sent out when the order has been shipped. Delivery dates vary on location, availability and shipping options chosen. Please note that delivery dates can take up to 3 weeks.
Lastly, shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order. This will be calculated in your cart before placing an order. Weights will be rounded up to 1 pound.
If for whatever reason, the item shipped does not meet the requirements, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide us with proof of purchase. In order to return the item, you must ship back the item within 7 days of receiving the order for a full refund/exchange. Once we have received the order, we will inspect the rug to ensure it has been unused, stain free, vacuum free and has not been exposed to pets. All items will be thoroughly inspected and if these requirements are not met, the refund will not be processed. If the order meets our requirements, please expect to receive the full refund within 4 weeks. Please note; shipping fees are non-refundable. If the item is approved for a refund, the total amount of the item excluding shipping fees and taxes will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Additionally, the buyer will be responsible for the delivery fees as this will be non-refundable.
Refunds will not be processed after 7 days of receiving the order and sale items will be final sale (no refunds processed).

If an exchange is needed for size or colour, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Please note that sizes are very approximate and have been rounded up. Exchanges of the same value will only be made within 7 days given it meets our inspection requirements (unused, stain-free, vacuum free and has not been exposed to pets). In order to exchange an item, you must ship back the item within 7 days of receiving the it and re-order for size, colour or design. Lastly, the buyer will be responsible for delivery fees.
Exchanges will not be made on final sale items.
